How To Pay

REALLY SIMPLE WEBSITES – PAYMENT TERMS

By viewing or using the Really Simple Websites website, you agree to the terms of the Really Simple Websites Online Privacy Policy, as outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site. Your information will not be sold to anyone outside of Really Simple Websites. The information we collect is solely for the purpose of communicating with our customers and web community.

 

A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee payable under these terms and conditions is due immediately upon the starting of any project. The remaining 50% shall become due when the work is completed to the satisfaction of the client. Really Simple Websites reserves the right not to begin the Work until the said deposit has been paid in full. The fee quoted in the contract does not include the cost of domain registration, hosting set up fee or hosting unless otherwise stated in the invoice.

 

Transferring Domains or Hosting
Please note that before transferring a domain or hosting to/from Really Simple Websites the hosting fee agreed or transfer fee of ?25.00 must be paid (per domain) unless otherwise agreed. Please make all cheques payable to Small Fish, and enclose a cover letter confirming the domain you wish to register, transfer or host. If your site is taken offline due to non-payment of a hosting or domain renewal invoice then a fee of ?100 could be included to re-launch the website(s).

 

Collection of Personal Information by Really Simple Websites
When ordering products or services on the Really Simple Websites website, you may be asked to provide a credit card number. Depending upon the activity, some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.

Please note that any area of Really Simple Websites that requires you to reveal financially sensitive information (ie, your Credit Card number) to continue with an activity such as an online purchase is located on a Secure Server(s).

Approval of Work
On completion of the Work, the Client will be notified and have the opportunity to review it. The Client should notify Really Simple Websites in writing, of any unsatisfactory points within 7 days of receipt of such notification. Any of the Work which has not been reported in writing to Really Simple Websites as unsatisfactory within the 7 day review period will be deemed to have been approved.
